Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band primarily based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is created from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his adolescence buddy, Spencer Smiths (drums), which include their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To promote their tune, the band made touch with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) thru his LiveJournal web site. Impressed by the band, Wentz individually met with the band and signed them to his imprint label Decaydance. Under the label, the band released their debut album, A Fever You Cant Sweat Out, which could debut at #112 on the Billboard 2 hundred album charts.
Featured in Spin magazine as their band of the day in early October 2005, reaching #1 at the MySpace chart, and persistently staying in PureVolumes Top 10 chart, could in basic terms lend a hand develop the bands repute. An appearance on MTVs TRL on January 17, 2006, at the premier of their tune video for I Write Sins Not Tragedies, also helped garner the band much publicity.

To date, the bands 2005 debut album, A Fever you Cant Sweat Out has sold over kpop wholesale 750,000 sets. The band is at present headlining a North American summer journey with The Dresden Dolls and The Hush Sound, a band also signed to Decaydance.
